Field Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to join our team. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in North Eastern PA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Duties:

• Provide on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting network, and VOIP issues as needed.
• Join Microsoft Teams Meetings on arrival at our client sites and collaborate with our team of systems and network engineers.
• Respond to dispatch and work with our internal IT team to implement timely resolutions.
• Document all technical activities in our online portal including capturing photos of completed work orders to upload.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Experience:

• 1+ Year experience in network support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in providing technical support or network support is preferred.
• Familiarity with online ticketing systems is a plus.
